At Topaz, they really do want you to lounge; the mohair couches are actually comfortable. The menu has an array of specialty cocktails and small plates, many with an Asian flair. While Topaz may be posh, but it certainly isn't stuffy; on Thursday nights you can visit the lower level to see local comics compete.
