Town Hall strays from the typical bar in College Park. You won’t find many drunk Frat boys and students with fake I.D.s here. That’s because Town Hall is first and foremost for the locals. College Park natives share stories at the bar, play a round of pool and play some pinball. The cheap eats and low-end liquor selection fit the dive-ish appearance of the place. But the unique, local atmosphere of Town Hall has almost become a novelty for a select group of students. They either come for the drastic change of scenery or wander in from the liquor store that is connected to the bar.
