Owner Med Lahlou runs American restaurants Stoney’s, Tunnicliffs and the new addition to U Street, Ulah Bistro. The formula is the same for all: traditional American. However, Lahlou is a bit more refined, adding a huge brick oven to this location and serving pizzas that are popular among customers. Sports is always on the televisions and there is an upstairs lounge area. By the way, a hamburger here is called American pate. Good one, and the burger is good, too.
