Ritz Carlton's heat inspired restaurant is ultra stylish with a menu featuring regional American cuisine. Forged from the depths of Georgetown's old incinerator building, Fahrenheit still utilizes some of its old features including a private dining room in the original smoke stack. Playing with fire is highly recommended here. You'll find it in the form of Tuna Dynamite Sticks, which is spicy tuna tempura wrapped in seaweed and deep fried. Hit up Degrees, their accompanying bar for snacks if you're still burning up late night.
