Another way to celebrate the magical animal is this Sunday at Cochon 555! The national tour features 5 Chefs, 5 Pigs and 5 Winemakers competing with whole heritage hogs. Its at the Mandarin Oriental and you have to pre-buy tickets online. Chefs are Brian McBride, Blue Duck Tavern RJ Cooper, Vidalia Nicholas Stefanelli, Mio Jamie Leeds, Commonwealth Gastropub John Manolatos, Cashion's Eat Place
