Cafe Le Mirage

Tucked in the back of one of the Eden Center’s many indoor shopping malls, you’ll find Café Le Mirage, a tiny, dark restaurant specializing in traditional Vietnamese dishes, but also Vietnamese sandwiches. Made with meat (mainly pork or chicken) or tofu on a crispy baguette, the café’s sandwiches look a lot like an American sub, but they’re topped with vegetables like pickled carrots, cilantro and chili peppers. Many sandwich choices also come with scrambled egg on top. Yum!
