The address says "Half St." but don't bother to look around for this mythical place---Harmony Cafe serves up Chinese dishes on M St. This modest, downscale diner is located in the basement of a brick condo unit but that’s where the knocks stop. The food is modestly priced as well and the decor, while not out to win any awards will put your chi in good working order.
