Grace Chou opened the House of Chou in 1990 with her husband Joe after several years of working in restaurants. Grace serves as a hostess and uses her experience working in bars to create an exquisite drink menu while Joe cooks. The decor is simple and typical for a Chinese restaurant, but the aquariums that separate the seating areas add a unique touch (they claim to have the largest fish in Woodbridge named Laura).
