There’s nothing better than a big bowl of beef pho on a cold winter day and Pho Hot is one of Annandale’s best Vietnamese noodle houses. Try their well done flank fat brisket pho, or their pho ga (chicken soup). The portions are huge, the service is great and the food is awesome. Pho Hot is also open late and you’d be hard pressed to find a better midnight snack than a steaming bowl of pho.
