Owner, Jonathon, brags about his Chinese restaurant when patrons walk in. When asked his most popular dishes there, he says they are the Kung Pao chicken, General Tso chicken and Jade chicken. Jade chicken is lightly battered white meat chicken. Jonathon calls the dish a modified version of General Tso chicken that he added to the menu when a frequent customer asked his meal be prepared in such a way. Try it for yourself!
