Every Sunday beginning in April, guests will be able to attend a special weekly pig roast where Philippine-born chef Cliff Wharton will put his culinary skills on display. Chef Wharton will prepare and roast a pig every week over a Chinese box roaster on the patio at Ten Penh. You can arrive as early as 3 p.m. to get your drink on early. But the main event begins at 5:30 p.m. on the dot when Chef Wharton will unleash the beast and will begin to carve up the behemoth. The pork will be served with three sauces and sides all Filipino style.
