Churrascaria barbeque has been a Brazilian tradition for more than three centuries with poultry, pork and beef cooked on skewers over an open fire. Now the brazillian festive tradition comes to DC at Green Field Churrascaria Restaurant. The various types of meats, such as the popular Picanha (top sirloin), are cooked over an open charcoal pit and brought right to your table to be carved. As you satisfy your carnivorous side, you can also help yourself to their large variety buffet, which includes salads, pastas, and traditional Brazilian specialities. There's no menu here; you pay a set price and get to eat anything they have to your hearts content. So you'll leave Green Field satisfied and very, very full.
