This place tries to interject a Caribbean attitude and flavor into a myriad of Mexican restaurants on Rt. 193. The change of pace is nice if you're looking to diversify. Like any Caribbean restaurant, if you ask what their best dish is, they will always reply "our jerk chicken." Caribbean Delight is located right off of University Boulevard so it's slightly less hectic and crowded. The outside of the restaurant seems to be a hot spot for loiterers, some whom may be selling products of their own (if you catch my drift). It might not be worth going out of your way to get here, but if you’re in the area and not in the mood for Mexican, this is probably your best bet.
