Named after its location, 2100 offers traditional American food made from fresh ingredients in an English countryside setting. Discrete patterned chairs, quiet waiters and exquisite white tablecloths all contribute to the serene air. The menu starts with a breakfast buffet (mainly for hotel guests), but diners can choose from Chipotle Lime Grilled Shrimp, New York Strip Steak or Pan-seared Salmon. For dessert, there’s Haagen Daz ice cream or a savory apple tart.
