If you like it smoked, salted or cured, salivate away. Sausages, cheeses and potpies tempt the palate here (while the chicken liver parfait might not). The masculine menu gets sweet with “liquid desserts” – a prime selection of after dinner ports and ice wines. A wonderful addition to the Grand Hyatt Hotel, this is a decidedly suave smokehouse.
