Fifteen Squares is a hotel restaurant--so be prepared for some sky-high prices--but the food is prepared and presented well. Many of the ingredients come from a Chesapeake Bay farmer's co-op, and several of the menu items are available in low-carb or other healthier options. Given the location, the restaurant is rarely busy, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your taste, but the chef certainly isn't to blame for the empty seats.
