Step inside PS7's and you'll forget all about the bustling Chinatown traffic. The interior is breathtaking, with its high ceilings and soothing blue and brown walls. But the food is what will bring you back. Chef Peter Smith focuses on local, fresh ingredients, so the menu changes frequently, but his Southern flair manages to sneak in on some dishes. And if you're a dessert lover, you'll appreciate the humor on the sweets menu: dishes are labeled either "little sins" or "big sins."
