Since, as Americans, we can’t actually go to Cuba to enjoy true Cuban food, we’ll have to settle for places like Cuban Corner in Rockville. (A quick drive from D.C. as opposed to a potentially traitorous plane ride.) The small storefront restaurant serves up award-winning Cuban classics like empanadas and ropa vieja, as well as a killer mojito.
