An upscale crowd frequents this cool 14th street newcomer, but prices are still manageable for everyone else. It’s often so busy that some of the staff can seem a bit rude, though they do know their stuff. (Each server goes through extensive wine-tasting training and can answer any of your questions.) Foodies will be equally happy to know that the fare, American-style tapas with French and Italian influences, is as good as the wine. Each menu item also has suggested drink pairings for the uninformed.
