Down-home atmosphere gives this bustling bistro its edgy appeal, which may account for the mixed reviews it has received for wait times or service. A vast array of French bistro cuisine fills the menu. A very recommendable dish here is duck. If you're looking for a different dining experince, or you want out-of-towners to see how D.C. does French cuisine, take them to Bistro du Coin and hopefully the food will win them over (before the noise level runs them out).
