Let's face it, the French know how to live and they particularly are adept at the art of eating. When Bistro Francais opened its doors in historic Georgetown, it quickly established itself as a "must" for foodies, and it's still raking in the reviews today. The atmosphere is Paris chic, comfortable yet reminiscent of the Continent, and the menu is typical French fare and delicious. We highly recommend the rotisserie chicken and the entrecote is superb. The restaurant has also garnered rave reviews for its excellent wines and this is a true haven for wine snobs who can pick the brains of the savvy waiters about what to drink for the night. Open till early morning, this Georgetown haunt is also an ideal spot for hanging out and wearing off that hangover with a cup of coffee.
