Though the restaurant offers classic French dishes, Executive Chef Tom Meyer’s menu also includes the lighter fare of Provence as well as dishes with a Mediterranean influence. In the colder months you’ll love cozying up to the fireplace as you partake in Chef Meyer’s signature bouillabaisse, and when the weather gets warmer be sure to snag a table out in the garden – the perfect setting for weekend brunch or a romantic dinner date. Le Gaulois is also in the process of building a bar and lounge upstairs, where they plan to offer live music and a happy hour.
