Inside the Jefferson Hotel in Dupont Circle lies Plume, a fancy and romantic fine dining establishment. The wall murals and the huge fireplace are thrilling to look at as you dine on classic French dishes expertly prepared by award winning Chef Damon Gordon. Chef Damon creates seasonal menus that are inspired by the harvest from Thomas Jefferson's kitchen gardens at Monticello. Jefferson also enjoyed collecting fine wine and Plume does the same boasting over 1,200 wine labels. The wine list spans more than a dozen nationalities and dates back to a rare 1780 Borges Madeira Bual.
