With its candy-cane striped wallpaper and nostalgic ‘50s atmosphere, this classic ice cream shop lives up to its old-fashioned name, serving an ever-changing variety of ice cream flavors made fresh in a glass room at the back of the store. The sundaes are served with real whipped cream and come in old-style fluted vases, while authentic chocolate sodas and malts are served in tall, icy glasses.
