Minerva is focused on serving authentic Indian cuisine at their Chantilly location, and they have a huge menu showcasing their culinary talents. Their lunch buffet offers an easy way to explore a variety of common dishes, but ordering a meal off the menu really provides the chance to get to know the restaurant’s specialties, especially their tandoori dishes and Southern Indian featuring various crepe entrees. Be sure to wash it all down with some $4 Kingfisher beer to really add to the experience.
