It’s hard to imagine Italian food more authentic. Besides the Italian owner, the Italian chefs, the Italian host, the cooking classes and wine dinners, they take two weeks of every month to highlight a different region of Italy and it’s local cuisine. Not just North vs. South, they do Liguria, Toscana, Lombardia, Piemonte and many other hard to pronounce regions. It is, in a word, amazing.
