Toscana Grill can be tricky to find, located in the inside courtyard of an office complex in Arlington, but it’s worth the hunt. There you’ll find Italian fine dining, complete with fancy stemware and white tablecloths. The large room offers comfortably upholstered booths in which to enjoy your fresh pasta, veal or fritto misto (fresh squid, scallops, shrimp & zucchini dipped in beaten eggs & flour). They also offer lighter lunch fare, such as subs, soups or salads, as well as an affordable ($7.95) all-you-can-eat lunch buffet during the week. There’s an extensive wine list (mostly California and Italian vintages) for those who want some vino with their penne.
