Vapiano is swanky, fast casual and tech-savvy. Walk in to the striking red, black and white space and you are handed a small plastic card to use for all purchases. Chalkboards with charming drawings list the menu items. To enjoy your made-to-order pizza (choose from dozens of varieties), pasta or pomegranate martini, plunk down at the large patio with red umbrellas, square wooden bar, the high natural wood tables and stools in the pizza area or the sitting area with red leather chairs and red fireplace. There’s also greenhouse-like area with buttery acorn leather stools and a wide-planked wood floor.
