Tokyo Café does a bustling business from nearby offices and the Pentagon, so join the line at this small sushi restaurant. Order from the counter and wait at one of the small Formica tables. The decorations include a display case of beer and wine, along with swords and framed prints of kimono-clad ladies and warriors. Large yellow posters advertise the daily specials and the eight different kinds of sake have charming descriptions (“The Love Sake,” “Gentle and Elegant.”). Try the sushi roll specials (Alaska, Miami, Lasagna), fried tempura, teriyaki or bulgogi (sweet beef).
