Braza Roja serves up excellent rotisserie chicken and steaks in the heart of Silver Spring. The restaurant is of the pan-latin variety (in spite of emphasizing its Colombian influence) and provides some of the best yucca around. In addition to traditional Colombian foods, they serve a variety of good Peruvian dishes and Mexican food here is better than in many places. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is a hotspot for local law enforcement who are on their lunch hour.
