There are a number of Mexican and Latin American restaurants in the area, but Casa Maria is as authentic as they come--so much so that the staff barely speaks English, so make sure you speak Spanish. This cafe is cheap and offers solid classics such as empanadas, tacos and burritos. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, and though the food offered doesn't qualify as fine dining, it definitely hits the spot.
