Don Arturo's Restaurant is a small, completely unpretentious hole-in-the-wall good for both quality food and Bolivian TV. If it weren't for the giant satellite dish mounted on top of this place, most people might drive on by. The lunch crowd here favors the Don's saucy saltenas (meat-filled pastries) and savory sopa de mani (peanut soup). Don't leave without trying the silpancho, breaded and fried meat served with rice and two fried eggs on top.
