Located near Potomac Mills mall, the former El Cuscatelco II specializes in Latin American and Mexican cuisines. The food and service has been hit or miss in the past, but perhaps the new name means a change for the better. The revamped menu scales down the food to typical standards and ramps up the specialty drinks: daquiris, margaritas and mojitos in particular. The venue is small, but the continuous wall mirrors make the space appear larger. Tiffany-style lamps hang over booths so the lighting is cozy, not glaring.
