Three's a charm, and there are three Guapo's in the Northern Virginia area, The Herndon branch is a lively place serving quick Mexican delicacies such as fajitas and taco salad and other favorites at reasonable prices. The only alcohol served is beer, so if you are looking to settle in and drink the night away, consider another place. But this cafeteria-style restaurant has created a lot of buzz, evident on a very busy Wednesday night where many patrons stand in line to order. Other recommended dishes are the rotisserie chicken and their famous enchiladas. You can actually watch the rotisserie chickens turning in the hot grill in the middle of the restaurant--a nice touch and visual treat.
