Why does the chef scrape a stone oven so that sparks fly off? That’s how he tells if the oven is hot enough without using a thermostat. Walking into Pita Plus you can smell the shawarma roasting on a skewer. Look to your left and you’ll see the stone oven where they make fresh falafel every 30 minutes. The only thing Pita Plus cares more about than its food are its costumers. The friendly staff will feel like family by the time you leave. Although the restaurant may look trendy, the casual and welcoming atmosphere will keep you coming back.
