Executive Chef Antonio Paesano (left) and Chef Peppe Ferranti both hail from Naples. They both take pride in their authentic Italian cooking and you'll find them slaving away in the open kitchen. They have both worked in dozens of restaurants across the globe but this is their first post in the U.S. A little taste of the Neapolitan countryside is offered in every dish on the menu.
