The drinks

Even the drinks at Founding Farmers have a culinary twist. Executive Bar Chef Jon Arroyo believes in the power of hand-mixed (not shaken) cocktails, which means that each and every order is created with care.

On the list of signature cocktails, you'll find the Mint Julep (shown here), served in an old-fashioned pewter cup with hand-crushed ice. Topped off with a sprig of mint and powdered sugar, the bourbon-based drink slowly melts over time, resulting in an ice cold and subtly sweet slush-like beverage.

Signature cocktails run between $10 and $14.
