Just because the idea behind Founding Farmers is simple, doesn't mean the food lacks imagination. The La Quercia Prosciutto, Fig, and Mascarpone flatbread ($8) is served on crusty bread, topped with a triple-cream cheese and piles of meat, for the perfect combination of crunchy and creamy. The prosciutto adds a nice, salty kick and each plate comes with five servings, so there's plenty to feed a group.
