Penn Quarter Sports Tavern has the look and feel of a Cheers-inspired sports pub, that is, if Cheers had 60-inch plasmas and was crawling with lively boozers in their mid-to-late-20s. Located just three blocks from the Verizon Center, this is an ideal spot to grab a quick bite and down a few pints before a Wizards or Caps game.
