While the chefs at Endo Sushi pride themselves in serving authentic Japanese cuisine, that doesn’t stop these guys from serving a few things that might be just plain old "made in the U.S.A." Some of the menu's more interesting "special rolls" include the Maryland roll with soft shell crab tempura, popcorn shrimp roll and the spicy Nemo roll that incorporates flying fish roe, asparagus, shrimp and wasabi mayo, among other feisty flavors. The setting at Endo is old-fashioned, yet elegant with enlarged Japanese paintings printed on the walls. It’s a suitable place for a sushi date or even a quick snack on the go.
