Maybe it's the fluorescent yellow sign, but Fusion Grill always seems to be having a little more fun than its neighbors. Serving what can best be classified as "creative Chinese," (the "fusion" in the name is an accurate descriptor) there are tons of traditional choices with fun twists, such as Honey Ginger Miso Salmon. Prices are a bit on the high side, but happy hour specials are abundant every day of the week. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with artwork from local artists, who display and sell their pieces in the restaurant on a monthly rotation, with an art show on the last Friday of every month that frequently draws crowds of up to 70-100 people.
