Catering to Peruvian carnivores, this eat-in/carryout specializes in chicken rotisserie and barbecue. Pride is taken in the preparation as explained on the paper carryout menu. The cooking method of rotating the chicken makes it "moist yet practically greaseless." The menu's "a la carta" items include fish, steak and yuca. Listed modestly under sandwiches is the chicken dish sharing the name of the restaurant. Unexpectedly, gyros are also available. The interior of the restaurant is not much to see and most customers appear to get their meals to go. If you like poultry, this carefully cooked Peruvian style may well be worth a try.
