For those who know the differences between a 2004 and 2005 vintage pinot noir or how an Austrailian riesling holds to a Californian varietal, Veritas is the place to drink. While the staff will warmly recommend a glass, bottle or flight to patrons who are still developing their palates, folks who know their stuff will be impressed by the painstakingly-researched catalog of wine available.
