It might sound a little fancy, but Mon Cheri is a no-frills deli and sandwich shop with some of the cheaper menu options in Georgetown.  Order a burger, sub or sandwich at the counter and grab a table in their basic dining room. Since you’ve probably just spent way too much money shopping in the neighborhood, an affordable meal at a greasy spoon might be the perfect way to stretch your dollar. They open early for breakfast and have a few vegetarian options, but pitas and gyros are as exotic as it gets here.
