The Rolling Ficelle
The Rolling Ficelle has an intriguing name, as so do the sandwiches. Named after abstract expressionist painters living in America, these subs are almost a foot long, but not overstuffed with bland ingredients like those found at some sub shops. Instead they’re more like Spanish bocadillos, and served on bread from Lyon Bakery and rely on the quality of ingredients and not the quantity. And at $5.95, they’re pretty cheap for the trendy world of food trucks.
