Santa Fe Cafe owner, Kip Laramie, greets customers as they walk in the door of his cheery Rosslyn restaurant, and he points out certain groups of customers as his 'regulars.' The southwestern cafe celebrated its 20th anniversary in May 2008, and it's easy to see what keeps patrons coming back. The restaurant serves up a mean green chili pork stew, and its salsa has bite. The cuisine is southwestern, and pictures from New Mexico decorate the cafe's stucco walls. The cafe also holds fundraisers for a number of charitable organizations in the Arlington area, including the Arlington Street People's Assistance Network and the Arlington Food Assistance Center.
