This laid back chain restaurant is a good, albeit safe choice for standard Mexican food. They serve a variety of freshly made dishes, everything from authentic fajitas and Mexican salads to desserts and beer from south of the border. The refillable bowl of tortilla chips with salsa is firmly planted on the table once you arrive and is a yummy distraction while you wait for the real stuff. You probably won't be wowed at Chevy’s, but you shouldn’t leave disappointed either.
