As its name implies, the specialty here is chicken, Peruvian chicken to be exact -- rubbed with the family’s special blend of spices and roasted over a hardwood fire – the result is juicy and flavorful. The menu includes a full slate of traditional Tex-Mex offerings, including burritos, enchiladas and fajitas with a few Latin American specialties, such as pupusas and fried plantains. In an interesting example of architectural reuse, the restaurant occupies a former bank building.
