Kim Ngan Vietnamese Restaurant is tucked away in one of the two mini malls in the Eden Center. It’s a very plain simple restaurant; you won’t be wowed by any part of it. The prices, however, are very reasonable, and the portions are decent. It’s a relaxed place to eat with some friends, but it’s not really a date place.
