Zola Wine & Kitchen combines a wine shop with a chef’s test kitchen where patrons can see new recipes in the making while wine shopping in Penn Quarter. The chef will test recipes in this new kitchen lab for Zola’s menu and for a new Italian restaurant opening in early 2009 at the Woodward Building at 15th and H Streets N.W. in the heart of downtown Washington.
